I'm not 100% sure about that. I've listened to tracks from the original and re-release one after the other, and I think some of the songs on the re-release have been remastered at least a little bit. But i might be wrong.

I think that you can get just the CD/DVD on amazon.

And at just about any other place that carries Slipknot CD's.

The self titled album was also previously re-released before the whole 10th anniversary thing, it had a few bonus tracks, but no DVD or anything.
